Washington D.C., American Gold Star Mother's Heroes Tree
This is the Heroes tree which my friend Hans and I sponsored, donated the decorations for and decorated for the American Gold Star Mothers Headquarters in Washington, DC. Holiday season 2009
The wooden stars are cut, laser engraved and hand painted by Veterans and their families and fellow artist friends, dressed with ribbons by community members and paper stars adorned with golden, blue and silver glitter proudly added by children of the community schools.
